Try Steak Chips with confidence. If your first box doesn't meet the standard, message us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. To qualify, open and try one pouch only. Any remaining pouches in your box must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
Because Steak Chips is a food product, we generally cannot accept physical returns of opened or delivered pouches for hygiene and safety reasons. Under the First Taste Guarantee, keep the remaining pouches sealed and in their original condition — our team will confirm the next steps when you message us.
Customers should contact support quickly with order details and photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method. Bank or card-provider timing may vary.
